My car was hidden by another car and 0% of my fault. My car only had outlook need to fix but that still took few thousands to fix it, all paid by other party. That already over 40% of my car total value.
At this situation, will my car become salvage title? Then it is absolute not fair as my car value will drop a lot.

The accident will probably still show up on carfax though so it gets repaired by someone else the insurance company is repairing it will probably still be depreciated.
